The firm recently brought on art director Christy Jennings, assistant art director Rosemary Oldendorf, producer Charlie Belvin and account executive Katie Bell Kole.

She worked independently as a graphic artist as well as for the Florida Department of Environmental Protection before joining the firm.

Oldendorf joins RSC from New Orleans, where she owned and operated Definitive Branding, an advertising firm specializing in corporate identity development. Her background includes advertising and promotions as well as logo development and branding.

"Christy and Rosemary are a very talented and creative design team," said Michelle Ubben executive vice president at RSC. "Their skills, creativity and vision are extremely valuable in making sure our clients get noticed."

Belvin, a seven-time national award-winning producer has been brought onboard to support the growing production needs of RSC's clients. His experience includes extensive private sector video production as well as helping develop and launch the city's channel, WCOT. Belvin brings a broad range of technical and strategic production expertise to the firm.

"Having Charlie on staff gives us even greater capacity to create innovative video productions for our clients," said RSC's executive producer Art Carlson. "He not only adds to our technical capabilities but provides exceptional strategic insight."

Kole, a Tallahassee native, brings an array of communications skills to the firm, including media outreach, event coordination and strategic planning. She has worked with the Zimmerman Agency as well as the American Institute of Architects, serving high-profile resorts and tourist destinations as well as coordinating continuing education efforts.

Kole will focus on RSC's work with American Initiatives, a series of public-private collaborative programs aimed at advancing the public education goals in partnership with corporate and non-profit partners. "We're very proud of our award-winning work with American Initiatives," said Ubben. "With Katie's strong background in media and event coordination, we'll be able to continue growing our efforts."
