Sachs Wins Addy® Awards

TALLAHASSEE - Ron Sachs Communications, a Tallahassee-based integrated communications firm has won one gold and two silver ADDY® Awards for advertising excellence in the 2007 competition.


The gold ADDY® was awarded to Ron Sachs Communications for the Leadership Florida annual meeting registration form/program that was designed by assistant art director, Rosemary Oldendorf. Oldendorf's design work, along with chief operating officer Michelle Ubben's copy, also brought home a silver ADDY® for the Legislative Victories brochure that was produced to tell the world of the firm's past legislative victories.


Ron Sachs Communications' producer Charlie Belvin earned the firm a silver ADDY® for the 30-second TV ad titled "Vote Yes for Cecil Field." Belvin's work also helped Capital Health Plan win two gold and one silver Addy for a series of novel 30-second television spots as part of its Live Well campaign.


The ADDY® Awards 2007 competition is an international awards competition that recognizes outstanding work in the communications field. The judges are industry professionals who look for companies and individuals whose talent exceeds a high standard of excellence and whose work serves as a benchmark for the industry.
