Ivette Marques Named A 'Woman You Need To Know' Recognized By The Tallahassee Democrat, Marques Honored As One Of Twenty-five Outstanding Tallahassee Women

TALLAHASSEE - Ivette Marques was recognized as one of the '25 Women You Need to Know' by The Tallahassee Democrat. Marques is a senior account executive at Ron Sachs Communications and graduate of Florida State University.

The Tallahassee Democrat recognized women "who have led important national professional organizations, achieved success in careers, founded and operate businesses large and small, and are direct providers of service throughout the area." They are leaders in their community and come from all economic and ethnic backgrounds.

"Ivette is an integral part of the team here," said Ron Sachs, president of Ron Sachs Communications, "she is an accomplished young woman who excels at her career and is actively involved in the Tallahassee business community."

Marques is a board member of the Florida Public Relations Association (FPRA), Junior League of Tallahassee, serves on the advisory board of Access Tallahassee, the Chamber's young professional group, is a member of Connect Florida, and serves on the communication team for the Tallahassee Film Festival.

Before joining Ron Sachs Communications, Marques worked as a producer and reporter at WCTV-TV, Tallahassee's CBS affiliate.
