Administrative Team

Carmella Bugbee is a skilled office administrator with more than 25 years experience. She began her career with the State of Florida and served as an Administrative Assistant to the late Governor Lawton Chiles. Her excellent organizational skills add a critical level of service and assistance to all our clients. As the primary keeper of Ron's calendar, she is an important person to know! Carmella is a diehard FSU fan and spends her spare time cheering the Seminoles on to victory.

Marilyn Siets is a business manager and bookkeeper with more than 15 years of experience both in public accounting and private professional firms. She assisted Ron Sachs with accounting software installation and training during his first year in business. She returned as a private contractor in 1999 and was hired as business manager in September 2003. Marilyn is a native Tallahassee "lassie" and graduate of Lincoln High School. Her hobbies include needlework, playing the piano, and singing.

Connie Copeland has worked for Ron Sachs Communications for over six years as the receptionist. Her background is in elementary education and child care. Connie's friendly, professional voice and attitude will be your first contact with our business. She is from Sarasota, Florida, and enjoys writing poetry, dancing and reading.
